PILLAR II
MOBILITY
Introduction to Mobility
There are a host of different personalities, mentalities and backgrounds amongst co-workers. There are just as many, if not more, physical differences and backgrounds in the workplace.
We strive to meet those individual and diverse fitness needs. We offer exercise programs designed to improve fitness that can be done at home or at a gym

We also offer the ELDOA method to help individuals experiencing aches and pain that might be restricting them from reaching their fitness goals and negatively impacting their overall well-being.
What is Eldoa?
In ELODA, specific postures are carefully designed to "create space" within a precise joint or a segment of the spine using myofascial tension and muscle contraction. By creating myofascial tension (tension in the fascia), the posture can affect the tissue, ligaments, nervous tissues, and organs associated with that joint or spinal segment. There are postures for the spine, shoulders, hips, ribs, and skull.
Benefits of ELDOA include better posture, improved joint mechanics, relief from pain, and reduced pressure on the spinal discs, relief of shoulder and neck tension, relief or chronic and acute back pain, increased blood flow, increased muscle tone, and much more.
